The DGT Semi-Hollow is based off one of David Grissom’s personal Private Stock guitars. It carries all the core features players love about the PRS Core DGT, including the wood selection, 22 frets, 25” scale length, the signature DGT neck shape, and jumbo frets, while adding the unique character of a semi-hollow body.
Equipped with custom-voiced DGT pickups and dual volume controls and push/pull tone control, this model delivers a versatile, vintage-inspired voice. The semi-hollow construction enhances resonance and dynamics, giving the instrument a lively, open tone.
Born from more than 20 years of collaboration between PRS Guitars and David Grissom, the DGT (David Grissom Trem) remains a masterfully refined evolution of the PRS McCarty: a player’s guitar built for pure expression.
